We will install crack monitors on the cracks in question.
Upon installation, we will provide a report complete with photos specifically identifying the exact location of the crack monitors.
We will come to your home quarterly, for the period of one year to monitor the status of the cracks.
After each quarterly inspection you will receive a written update, with photos, documenting the condition of the foundation walls.
If you are considering selling your home, this service is transferable to the new homeowner, with your written consent.
